A statechain implementation that uses a blind co-signing server so Bitcoin UTXO ownership can be transferred instantly and off-chain while remaining fully self-custodial. Because the signatures are blinded, the server cannot learn addresses, amounts or transaction contents.

NGRAVE GRAPHENE
A two-plate 316 stainless steel backup where you punch characters through a perforated upper plate into the lower one, so neither plate alone reveals the phrase. NGRAVE states it resists fire to 1375°C plus water, corrosion and shocks, and can reissue a lost upper plate via a recovery code.

A pair of aerospace-grade TC4 titanium alloy tags on which you punch BIP39 word numbers rather than letters. Each pack stores 24 recovery words plus two extra passphrase slots and includes an automatic center punch and guide. OneKey rates the alloy to a 1668°C melting point.
Onramp Bitcoin
Onramp is built on Multi-Institution Custody, where bitcoin is secured by three independent institutions in a multisig arrangement rather than a single custodian. It bundles that custody model with brokerage, inheritance, lending and cash management in one account.
Opendime

A compact offline hardware wallet from Prokey that keeps the private key on the device and signs transactions without exposing the seed. Prokey lists support for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and thousands of other assets, and also sells a ColdSteel metal backup.
RaspiBlitz
An open-source do-it-yourself build for running a Bitcoin and Lightning node on a Raspberry Pi with an LCD status screen. The project publishes the OS image, hardware shopping list and build instructions on GitHub, and several vendors sell hardware kits for it.

A free step-by-step guide to building a sovereign Bitcoin and Lightning node on a Raspberry Pi from scratch, covering the operating system, Bitcoin Core, Electrum server, Lightning and supporting apps.
River Learn
River Learn is a free reference library covering bitcoin basics, markets, storage, mining, taxes and the underlying technology. The storage section explains custody options and how to hold bitcoin yourself.
RoboSats
A peer-to-peer Bitcoin exchange that operates over Tor using Lightning hold invoices as escrow, with pseudonymous robot identities instead of accounts. The client is open source and the documentation site explains the trade flow.
RUNa Node
A European builder that assembles and ships pre-configured Bitcoin node systems under the 0 Fuchs name, using Odroid, Raspberry Pi and mini-PC boards with NVMe or SSD storage. Prices are listed in euros including VAT and the site advertises free worldwide shipping.
Ryder One
A hardware wallet designed around simplicity, sold directly by Ryder with an optional recovery tag, wireless charger and travel pouch. It is pitched at people who want self-custody without managing a written seed phrase.
SafePal S1
An air-gapped hardware wallet that has no Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or USB data connection and signs transactions via QR codes shown to the SafePal app. It includes a self-destruct mechanism triggered by physical tampering.
Satochip
An open-source smartcard hardware wallet: the private key lives on a Javacard secure element and is used by tapping the card over NFC or inserting it into a reader. Made by the Belgian Satochip project.
Satochip Seedkeeper
A smartcard-format backup device rather than a metal plate: an EAL6-certified secure element stores up to fifty secrets such as seed phrases and passwords behind a PIN. Companion desktop and mobile apps handle import and export on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
Satodime
A bearer crypto card from the Satochip team: the card holds sealed key slots that can be handed to another person, and the private key is only revealed when a slot is unsealed. Read the balance by tapping the card on a phone.
Saving Satoshi
Saving Satoshi is an interactive, open-source game that teaches bitcoin's inner workings by having players write code through a series of chapters. It is a community production and is available in a dozen languages.
SeedHammer II
A desktop engraving machine that mills seed phrases into metal plates, aimed at individuals and businesses running multisig self-custody. Smaller and lighter than the original, with an integrated controller. SeedHammer also sells replacement plate 5-packs and an electronics repair kit.
Seedor Safe
A German-made modular capsule where each recovery word is stamped onto its own 316L stainless steel disk and stacked inside a 67 x 25mm housing. Ships with 28 disks and four tamper-proof stickers, and the maker rates it to 1450°C. Seedor also sells the letter punch sets and multisig 2-of-3 and 3-of-5 bundles.
SEEDPLATE 24 Words (Coinkite)
A single 2mm steel plate pre-etched with the BIP39 grid, holding 12 words per side for a full 24-word phrase. You mark your words by punching a dimple next to the correct letters, so there are no loose tiles and no stamp set to buy. Cut and etched in Canada and sold through the Coinkite store.
SEEDPLATE Tiny 12 (Coinkite)
A compact version of the SEEDPLATE for 12-word recovery phrases, with six words per side on a plate roughly 48 x 54 x 2mm. Small enough to conceal easily while using the same punch-the-grid marking method.
Solo Satoshi
A Houston, Texas retailer of Bitcoin hardware that describes itself as Start9's first official US distributor. It sells prebuilt Start9 Server One nodes alongside home miners, wallets and accessories, with same-day shipping and a two-year warranty on nodes.
Specter DIY
An open-source do-it-yourself air-gapped hardware wallet built from a development board, which exchanges transaction data with the host computer over QR codes. The repository publishes the build instructions and firmware.
Start9 Server One
A compact personal server from Start9 Labs that ships with StartOS preinstalled, so a Bitcoin full node, Lightning node and other self-hosted services can be run from a web interface without the command line. Configurable with 2TB or 4TB NVMe storage and 16GB or 32GB DDR5 RAM, and it includes a lifetime Start9 support membership.
Start9 Server Pure
Start9's security-focused personal server, shipped with coreboot firmware and the Intel Management Engine disabled for a more open and auditable hardware stack. It runs StartOS and is listed on the Start9 store as a clearance item.
StartOS
Start9's open-source server operating system for self-hosting. It packages Bitcoin Core, Lightning implementations, Electrum servers and other services behind a web interface with automated updates, backups and Tor access.
Tangem Wallet
A card-based cold wallet: the private key is generated inside an EAL6+ chip on a plastic card and is used by tapping the card on a phone over NFC. Tangem sells the cards in sets of two or three so a backup card can be kept elsewhere.
The Mempool Open Source Project
A Bitcoin explorer, mempool visualiser and fee estimator that can be self-hosted. It installs in one click on Umbrel, RaspiBlitz, Start9 and other node distributions so you can browse the chain against your own node.
